At Côté Bougie client confidentiality is a priority. A secure payment system has been put in place in order to protect every order.
All payments are processed via an external payment platform – STRIPE , with 3D secure, a high-security payment system.
We also offer payment in 3 instalments with our partner PayPal.
First select the product you are interested in and click on “add to cart.”
Once you have placed the items in your cart, visit the “Cart” page in order to review your order. You will be able to delete items from your cart should you wish to do so.
If this is your first order, please create an account by filling in your personal information.
In order to complete your order, fill in your billing address, shipping address, and payment information.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
All orders are shipped with tracking and delivered within 5 to 6 business days. Shipping fees depend on the destination country, the delivery method and the order amount.

Shipping fees are charged without VAT. Customs duties and import taxes of the destination country are payable by the customer.

We do not send you information or documentation you have not requested unless you subscribe to our newsletter.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product, without having to give any reason. The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
Let us know by email at contact@cotebougie.com or via the withdrawal form, then send the parcel to: Candelis – 6 rue Gutenberg – Parc d’activités de Tournebride, 44118 La Chevrolière, France. This address applies whatever the delivery country, including Belgium and the United States.
Return shipping costs are paid by you; no restocking fee is charged. You can choose a refund or an exchange. The refund (products and initial delivery costs) is made within 5 days of receiving the return, using the payment method used for the order.
When collecting your order, check with the deliverer that the products are in good condition and have not been damaged during shipping.
