Is it possible to obtain a reimbursement in the event that the merchandise was damaged during shipping?

When collecting your order, check with the deliverer that the products are in good condition and have not been damaged during shipping.
If the merchandise has any significant damage Just send us the photo by e-mail ( sav@cotebougie.com ) and we will take care of the return of the product in question
