Raffia, Worked by Hand
A natural fibre from a palm native to Madagascar, raffia is prized for its strength and its singular texture. At Côté Bougie, it is worked by hand to dress our diffusers and give them their character.
The weaving is carried out with a women’s cooperative in the Essaouira region of Morocco. This artisanal gesture gives every piece its own nuances and slight variations.
Combined with our home fragrances, raffia turns the diffuser into a true decorative object. Available in different sizes and fragrances, it scents the space delicately through a continuous diffusion by capillary action.
