Côté Bougie was born of a family vision: to enhance Moroccan craftsmanship by adding a touch of modernity, refinement and contemporary elegance.
Since our beginnings in Marrakech, we have always operated as a family business, where every detail counts, every craftsman is considered a true partner, and every creation tells a story.
Over time, our craftsmen have become more than just suppliers: they’ve become our family. Some have been with us for more than two decades, passing on their know-how from generation to generation, sharing with us much more than a trade: a common passion.

At Côté Bougie, we never create a collection simply to follow a trend. Each piece is born of existing know-how, a material, an encounter or Moroccan inspiration.
Our ceramics are handcrafted by potters who master unique traditional techniques. Our raffia collections come to life thanks to the meticulous work of women’s cooperatives, particularly in Essaouira, where each weave recounts the patience and precision of the artisan’s gesture.
The Tamegroute collection, emblematic of our company, perfectly illustrates this philosophy: authentic pottery from southern Morocco, recognizable by its noble irregularities, lively nuances and natural firing marks, which make each piece unique.
